Napapijri AW 08 at Pitti L’Uomo
Napapijri were present in Pitti L’Uomo in Florence from Wednesday 9th – Friday 11th Jan. The stand was designed to complement the Autumn / Winter 08 collection and featured a ceiling of odds and ends and collectable objects.
Napapijri, whose roots are firmly in the Far North and polar expeditions, presented the collection in full awareness of the “Climate Challenge” and in its ongoing commitment to protecting nature and the environment against the effects that climate change can bring. The word Napapijri means “Arctic Polar Circle” in Finnish, so the brand itself is an appeal to support to polar ecosystem.
