Backstage with Bumble & bumble at LFW #3 bérubé

Mark Bailey’s inspiration for the hair at the bérubé AW 08 show was a homage to Camden.
Sharp centre partings and sculptural, plaited buns were piled high on the head to create an almost ‘mickey mouse’ silhouette.
Key Bumble and bumble products used included Brilliantine, Hair Powder and Surf Spray - the cult session stylist’s must have.

Backstage with Bumble & bumble at LFW #2 Emma Cook

James Pecis for Bumble and bumble created ultra modern, un-done hair that perfectly complimented Cook’s quirky, wild west inspired collection, puncuated with Swarovski crystals and tie dyed latex leggings.
Virginal, naturally loose waves with a soft matte texture were twisted around large barrel tongs with ends left straight - key products used for the look included Bumble and bumble Surf Spray and Hair Powders.

Backstage with Bumble & bumble at LFW # 1 Emilio de la Morena

On Sunday the MDW team went backstage with Tomo Jidai for Bumble and bumble, who created the hair for Emilio de la Morena’s A/W 08 show.
Understated, matte-look ponytails reflected the combination of masculine yet feminine styling throughout Emilio’s collection with soft, textured quiffs off-set by slick polished side panels.
Tomo used a combination of Bumble and bumble Styling Lotion, Thickening Lotion and Surf Spray to create the look and finished with Classic hairspray… the ponytail still reigns supreme.
